NBC News confirmed this news through Electronic Media news and also through Tweet and other Social Media Platforms. NBC received a detailed report from a female colleague of Matt Lauer about Inappropriate Sexual Behavior at workplace. 

They went thoroughly about the report and took a decision to terminate Matt Lauer From  his Employment.

Sexual Abuse at workplace is increasing among the leading corporations and organisations. But it's also a good sign that Women's are coming forward and getting this incidents in light. 

Which will at least make a stand for others who aren't able to speak for themselves yet.

It is said that he also arranges sex quizzes at office calls "kill Mary Or Fuck". Where he would point the female worker whom he would like to sleep with.
